We are located just east of Winnipeg's perimeter highway, and service the city of Winnipeg, City of Selkirk, and all Manitoba municipalities. We also do work in North-Western Ontario, servicing the Kenora and surrounding areas.

I have been working in the civil engineering field since graduating from Geomatics Engineering in 2005. During this time I have gained experience with legal survey companies, in the private sector and in municipal government.

A Bit About Hilary
Born and raised on an acreage North East of Winnipeg near Birds Hill Park, I learned the love for outdoors. My husband and I have 2 young children and currently reside on 27 acres near the town of Oakbank.
In late 2019, I realized that working long hours at a 7 to 5 job, and trying to raise a young family, was near impossible to maintain. So, I decided to start Dixon & Co. Limited, offering land surveying, civil engineering, and development services. We have had wonderful opportunities over the past few years taking on a variety of projects and meeting wonderful people along the way.
My goal with starting this company was to keep it small, and offer clients a complete start-to-finish consulting and services in one stop. We offer field survey collection, drafting services, as build and inspection, followed by layout and sealed engineered drawings. I find that it's beneficial to offer clients a start-to-finish package so that no steps are missed. This avoids a scheduling lag time obtaining a quicker turnaround time for the client.
I am truly passionate about Civil Engineering and enjoy helping clients with all the challenges and opportunities that come with developing land, new subdivisions, improving roads, drainage and infrastructure.

Qualifications
ENG.L - Member of and certified by the Association of Manitoba Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba (APEGM) with specialized scope of practice in drainage and development.
C.E.T- Member of the Certified Technicians and Technologists Association of Manitoba
Proficient in using ESRI, Auto Cad, Civil 3D, Trimble Geomatics Office, Microsoft Works, Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint.
Experienced in setting up and running Theodolites, Transit Level, GPS base-station and Rover.
